We recently stayed at a hotel in Zona Sul near Sao Paulo's downtown and it was a great location. We were very close to 2 metro stations, which made getting around the city very convenient. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the city skyline. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries.
We did experience some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which kept disconnecting.

The hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations, making it easy to get around this city. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the shower was great. I appreciated having a smart TV in the room, which allowed me to watch movies from my own pen drive. the breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory.
